Zeus
You take Control of your IT systems with the ability to flex support requirements as you go.
Zeus provides a “pay as you go” service. You receive Full access to our service desk and engineering team on a charge by basis.
Prerequisites – all devices must have an RMM agent installed to allow us remote access.
Cronus
Unlimited service desk with no time caps. Great for customers that like to use a service desk to get problems resolved.
Includes LEVEL 1 unlimited Service desk access with no time caps. The service desk can work on your ticket for as long as needed.
Escalated tickets that require support above level 1 will incur T&M charges.
Heracles
Our GREAT all-inclusive SLA - This gives our customers a predictable monthly IT cost with no hidden surprises.
Full access to service desk with no charges inclusive of escalated tickets.
Full access to Engineering with no charges.
Project work is not included and will be quoted and charged accordingly.
